About

I have over 25 years experience in the addiction & mental health field. I have a Psychology Bachelor of Arts Degree & a Master's Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Social Work Practice. I am registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers (#6506). I currently work full time at the Carewest Operational Stress Injury Clinic proving trauma treatment for RCMP, Canadian Armed Forces members, & Veterans. I am thrilled to be apart of the Riverwest Therapy Collective and dipping my toe in private practice. 

I use an integrative, collaborative approach utilizing trauma-informed & person-centered approaches. I draw from a variety of tools, techniques, & approaches to meet you where you are at. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is imperative to create a safe, supportive & non-judgmental space. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), & Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
